Establish a positive and supportive classroom environment where students feel comfortable taking risks and participating actively.
Nurture Literacy Skills:
Instill a love for reading by introducing students to a wide range of engaging and age-appropriate literature.
Develop strong phonics, reading comprehension, fluency, and vocabulary skills in your students.
Guide students in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct sentences and paragraphs.
Foster a love for storytelling and creative writing.
Encourage students to become effective communicators through spoken language activities.
Assessment and Differentiation:
Continuously assess student progress and identify areas needing improvement and provide appropriate feedback on students work in a sensitive manner
Develop and implement differentiated instruction to cater to individual learning needs.
Provide clear and constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development and share it with the
administrators.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with colleagues & administrators to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students.
Communicate effectively with administrators, keeping them informed of their children’s progress and development.
Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and administrators.
Attend weekly meetings, work with individual students to improve their abilities and overcome their challenges.
