Read to Thrive currently has three book clubs at the Newark library. We have twelve children in the 1st & 2nd grade book club, twelve children in the 3rd & 4th grade book club, and six children in the tween book club. We always have more children than we can accommodate and ninety five percent of the children have been participating since the first book club in June 2014 and are more engaged in the discussions so, we consider this program a huge success!
